Refund policy

We want every Elvixco customer to be satisfied with their order. If you're not happy with your cartridge, here's how returns and refunds work.


30-Day Return Window


You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.


What's Eligible for a Return


- Unopened cartridges in their original packaging.


- Opened or installed cartridges that are defective (clogged nozzles, leakage, failure to print, or printer compatibility issues despite matching the listed compatible printer models).


- Cartridges that arrived damaged in transit.


- Wrong items shipped (we sent the wrong model or color).


What's Not Eligible


- Cartridges purchased more than 30 days ago.


- Cartridges damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper installation, or use in a printer not listed as compatible.


- Sale or clearance items (clearly marked at the time of purchase).


- Gift cards.


How to Start a Return


Email sales@Elvixco.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and a brief description of the reason (especially for defective items — a photo or printer error message is helpful). We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.


For defective cartridges, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. For change-of-mind returns on unopened items, the customer is responsible for return shipping.


Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


Inspect your order on arrival. If something is wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@Elvixco.com or (747) 267-9873 and we'll make it right. Please include photos of the packaging and product.


Refund Timing


Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers can take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund to your account.


If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen the refund, email sales@Elvixco.com and we'll investigate immediately.


Exchanges


The fastest way to swap one product for another is to request a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This avoids inventory delays.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. The item must be in original, unused condition with original packaging.
