Thank you for shopping with Elvixco. We're committed to fast, reliable shipping for every order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with carrier tracking information.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times (United States)
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days, calculated at checkout based on destination.
- Free standard shipping: Available on U.S. orders over $45.
- Expedited shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee, with estimated delivery in 2–3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods (holidays) can extend delivery times.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. For inquiries about international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories, contact sales@Elvixco.com.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also view tracking information in your Elvixco account.
Delays and Issues
Elvixco is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our control. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your package on arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
